RFID Tag Application Evaluation Model For Fresh Agricultural Product Systems

Fresh agricultural products is a special kind of agricultural products,the perishability and vulnerability is the main characteristic of fresh agricultural products.In China,tens of thousands of tons of fresh agricultural products are spoiled and consumed in circulation every year.The degree of freshness is an important indicator to determine the value of these fresh agricultural products.It can be said that the fresh degree of fresh agricultural products directly affects the health of our human body,so the safety of fresh agricultural products needs to be taken seriously.Through the application of RFID technology to the agricultural products supply chain system,makes the automation data acquisition and recognition of fresh agricultural products and efficient,greatly reducing the transportation process and processing link of storage time,to achieve reduce losses in fresh agricultural products in the whole supply chain.However,this will also lead to a corresponding increase in costs,as the application of RFID technology requires the acquisition of corresponding equipment,application software and RFID electronic tags.RFID technology has both advantages and limitations,the use of RFID technology can eventually bring corresponding benefits is the fresh agricultural products supply chain each enterprise on the question,so whether investment RFID technology is a problem of fresh agricultural products supply chain enterprise is going to answer.This paper first discusses RFID technology and and agricultural products supply chain management and coordination.Under the above background,this paper analyzes whether H enterprise invest in RFID technology by establishing a profit model.This paper simply introduces the centralized supply chain with earnings sharing contract under the decentralized supply chain,the profit models of the two supply chains are constructed and compared with the supply chain profits before and after the use of RFID technology.Based on this,the cost critical value of RFID technology tag is obtained.H enterprises can refer to the critical value of tag cost to determine whether or not to invest in RFID technology.Finally,the application of RFID technology in the agricultural product system management,production and processing,transportation and distribution,warehousing,sales and other links are analyzed.And the system design of RFID technology in each link of agricultural product supply chain...
