The Study On The Model Agricultural Circulation Economy For South Region Of NingXia

Since China's reform and opening-up, Chinese agriculture economy has got quicker development. But while developing rapidly in economy, the ecological environment of the rural is in fast deterioration. Thereupon, exchange agriculture existing development model, seek the agriculture development model which highly effective, stable and sustainable is suspend at people's front. As one kind of scientific thought idea and advanced economic type, circulation economy offered new theory paradigm for sustainable development, pointed out the direction for the sustainable development of the agriculture of China at the same time.South region of NingXia economy is comparatively laggard. For a long time, exclusive resources development, high consumption and extensive way of economic development causes low efficiency of resources utilization and deteriorate ecological environment day by day, which restricts sustainable development for economy seriously. Therefore, in order to mitigate the contradiction between the economy development and resources limitation, the necessary approach to improve ecological environment of South region of Ningxia and promote economy is to develop circular economy actively.In this thesis, the logical frame work can be divided into five parts. Firstly , this paper introduces the circulation economy theory into agriculture development, combines the idea of circulation economy with agriculture production and life, proposes the concept of agriculture circulation economy, elaborates its main contents, layer and structure. Secondly , illustrate the feasibility and necessity and discuss some key problems for developing agriculture cycle in south region of NingXia on the condition of grasping the definitions of basic theories on cycle economics and means and characters of agriculture cycle economics; Research and discuss the development of agriculture cycle economics in South region of NingXia. Points out develop circulation economy is one kind of highly effective and sustainable economy development pattern. Lastly, summary the main contents of this thesis simply and definitely and draw the main conclusion for the agriculture cycle economics development in South region of NingXia finally.
