In recent years, with deep research to the regional economy , the problem of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia regional economical development has aroused the scholar's interest. Based on massive literature material this article analyzed the influence factors of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia regional economy development , illustrated the effect of influence factors to the economical development of this area, and offered some mentality to the concrete economic policy research in this field for more scholar.This article does work sheet present:Firstly, this article is for the purpose of using the economic theory and method do research to the Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia region economical development and the industrial layout pattern roundly and deeply, promulgating the main characteristic of economical development and industrial layout of Shaanxi, Grassland Ningxia region, analyzing the interaction of various industrial development and its layout and interactive relations with environment, then exploring the research content, technique and significance of regional economics, further enriching the research content of regional economics, and developing the research area of economics in a certain degree, knowing well the rule of regional economy development, serving to the economical sustainable development.Secondly, this article analyzes the present situation and tendency of the Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxiaregion environment and the economical development from quota and qualitative two angles.
