The Research Of XTC Raw Material Procurement Management

Xiamen Tungsten CO.,Ltd.is one of biggest manufacturer in the world which is capable produce many various products from mine.But Tungsten concentrate products provided by own mine is about 20%of the total demand.It is relatively low compare with the high capacity of metallurgy.Recently,some state-own enterprises turn to private owned,the concentrate products supplier was moving forward to down-steam to manufacturing.And manufacturing and trading company go up-stream to mine.Therefore,the capacity of manufacturing is far more than mine because the mine resource is limited.The main problem of supply is:competing with many companies for raw material,temporarily break in supply or risk to accept higher price.This article uses theory of strategic procurement and supply-chain management, analyses the development trend of strategic procurement,compares the traditional model of procurement with strategic procurement model.Analyses the procurement strategy,the actuality and development trend of procurement management in Tungsten manufacturing enterprises.It puts through a prescribed procedure as follow:analyzing purchasing environment of XTC,identifying and classifying suppliers,establishing evaluation standard,establishing database, evaluating performance,negotiation,finally establishes strategic procurement model of XTC.
