Research On Implementation And Impact Of Russia National Examination

Russia and China reflect different trends in the reform of college entrance examination. China's college entrance examination system is gradually developing from Proposition and admission of National unity to the sub-province proposition and the autonomy of the University Admissions .Into the 21st century, Russia has experienced years of universities of Self-enrollment and independent proposition, the combination of oral and written university entrance examination system. In October 2001 the Russian government decided to implement National examination of experimental in the areas and try to combine high school graduation examination and Self-enrollment of colleges and universities step by step . Candidates to colleges and universities based on test results. Examination of national unity (national examination) by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education is graduation examination and entrance examination of eleventh-grade or twelfth-grade students in public educational institutions. The paper will conduct a comprehensive presentation and analysis of national examination from the Russian national Examination background to the overview of implementation ,its effect and impact in Russia in the hope that it can give some enlightenment to the reform of Chinese colleges entrance examination.The paper is made up of introduction, body and conclusions.The introduction has five components: the introduction of the problem, the significance of research, research methods, research status and deficiency ,definition and explanation of the concept.The body Mainly consists of four parts : First of all, the background of the Russian national examination was introduced, which includes the status of colleges entrance examination in the Soviet era and in the period after the collapse of the Soviet Union prior to the reform of National examination system. The second part detailed status in implementation of the national examination in Russia in the concept and the purpose of national examination , the relevant legal Protection, administrative leadership and financial support, content and form ,progressing status ,evaluation and effect of the implementation . The third part focused on the effect of high school students ,universities and high schools since the implementation of national examination to make systematic analysis and summarize the impacts of the implementation of national examination .
