Nowadays,the education trend lies in the basic education curriculum reform,so that many times of attempts have been carried out by our country in this trend,and the eighth curriculum reform was made in 2001.This curriculum reform this time has involved the overall goal and related six requirements,which has also guided the reform direction.The important role of curriculum standards cannot be ignored,which lay the foundation for the compiling of teaching materials,teaching development and final teaching evaluation,as well as the national teaching evaluation and management.Since 2000,two versions of curriculum standards such as the General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(Experiment)and General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)were issued by the Ministry of Education of China.In the new curriculum standard,it pays attention to give full play of the leading role of the curriculum standard.What’s more,it clearly points out the necessity to develop students’ core literacy,which should be taken as the cultivation goal of general high schools.As curriculum education and examination system reform,the needs of current education cannot be satisfied by the traditional evaluation system.When it comes to the college entrance examination,it should carry out and implement the relevant ideas of curriculum standards instead of only playing the role of selection.Thus,higher requirements are proposed for the questions included college entrance examination.While the detailed analysis on the examination papers of college entrance examination and the exploration on whether they are consistent with the curriculum standards are of great significance,.According to the reading of the relevant literature,the old curriculum standard is mostly taken as the research object to carry out the analysis for the current research on consistency between evaluation and curriculum standards,so the research carried out on the consistency between the questions of new college entrance examination and the new curriculum standards is relatively less.In particular,the analysis on the consistency between the biology test of new college entrance examination and the new curriculum standard is relatively less.The new college entrance examination system for four years has been implemented in the first batch of provinces and cities related to.What is worthy of focusing on in this process is how is the examination situation of the biology core literacy of the new college entrance examination,and whether the importance of cultivating and testing students’ life concept literacy complies with the requirements of the new curriculum standard.Thus,the biology test papers of Shanghai new college entrance examination from 2017 to 2020 are selected to carry out the research on the consistency between the examination of the life concept core literacy and the requirements of General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition).The SEC consistency analysis model is adopted in this thesis,the biology papers and curriculum standards of Shanghai college entrance examination from 2017 to 2020 are quantified and analyzed into a ratio matrix by starting from the two dimensions of content theme and life concept literacy level.By taking advantage of Porter consistency formula,it calculates Porter consistency coefficient.Then,it carries out the comparative analysis from content theme,the level of life concept literacy and the key distribution situation of the two,which obtains the following results:This thesis also adopts Porter consistency coefficient to carry out the analysis,which finds that the difference between the test paper of 2017 and the curriculum standard is obvious,and has no obvious consistency in statistics.However,the papers from 2018 to 2020 have obvious consistency.The ranking for the consistency coefficient from high to low is 2019,2020,and 2018 respectively.Besides,it gets the conclusions as follows according to the overall analysis of the consistency relationship as well as the concrete analysis of the content theme dimension and the life concept literacy level dimension:(1)The biology paper of college entrance examination and the biology curriculum of high school are localized on the basis of the SEC consistency analysis model.(2)Obvious difference is found between the test paper of 2017 and the curriculum standard in the college entrance examination paper,which has no obvious consistency in statistics with the consistency coefficient of 0.6579.However,the papers from 2018 to 2020 have obvious consistency with the consistency coefficient of 0.7143,0.7352,and 0.7296 respectively.(3)The deviation in the content subject dimension between the life concept level examination and the curriculum content standard requirements of Shanghai new college entrance examination from2017 to 2020 exists to a certain extent.(4)Obvious differences in literacy level dimension between the life concept level examination and the curriculum content standard requirements of the biology test of Shanghai new college entrance examination from 2017 to 2020 exists.According to the conclusions based on the above analysis,some corresponding suggestions are proposed in view of the problems found,as well as in line with the high school biology paper proposition and the application of curriculum standards,such as(1)improving the quality of proposition;(2)enhancing the level of life concept literacy;(3)carrying out more consistency evaluation studies;(4)perfecting the evaluation system of discipline core literacy;and(5)strengthening the evaluation ability of teachers.Based on this,some references can be provided for the developing and implementing classroom teaching and examination evaluation work in the context of the new curriculum reform,so as to help the improvement of the quality of school education and teaching,as well as do much favor for the biology teaching of high school and the test proposition of college entrance examination.
