With the development of economic globalization, relying on the advanced information network technology and the developed logistics system, many enterprises try to implement globalization and get more market share, in this process, the scales of enterprises are becoming increasingly larger. But, at the same time, the global information is more easy to get, that make the vision of people more open, the ideas of people update constantly. People ask more diverse demand for products and services, also put forward higher request for convenience and personalized. In this kind of circumstance, single enterprise organization is to meet the diverse demands and facilitation requirements of customers. Then a new kind of enterprise organization——enterprise value-net arises at the historic moment. This organization has exceeded the boundary of a single organization, put different enterprises with core values together, take the customer demand as orientation, formed a kind of network organization form through competition and cooperation. Despite the domestic and international research about network organizations are not difficult to find, but the research about enterprise value networks rarely can be found. At home,only Zhou Xuan has done the study, but the evolution and the connotation of enterprise value networks are lack of in-depth research, this restricts the development of the role of Value Network. So, the study for the characteristics and operation mechanism of this kind of organization, would guide the development and evolution of enterprise organization and prompt the development of this kind of organization ,so the study would have the important meaning.Based on the theory of complex systems, complex network theory and self-organization theory, the thesis would study the characteristics, complexity, orderliness, conditions of forming dissipative structure, self-organized process and dynamics characteristics of enterprise value network. The first chapter is the introduction,introduced the background,the significance,the domestic and foreign research and the article structure as well as the primary content and so on.The second chapter is the research summary of main basis theory.The third chapter,through the theoretical analysis and the Cisco Corporation's case study, conducted the analytical study of the enterprise value network's connotation, the definition, the complex characteristic and the network architecture characteristic. The fourth chapter mainly studied the application of management entropy theory in the enterprise value network,namely with the management entropy measure system's ordered nature,simultaneously analyzed the the conditions particularly the critical condition of enterprise value network forming the diffusion structure.The fifth chapter analyzed the enterprise value network to form the self-organization system's process and dynamics characteristic using the foreword parametric equation and the potential function curve.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the forecast.The results and conclusions of study in the thesis are as follows:(1) The thesis studied the typical case of enterprise value network——cisco, analyzed its value orientation, network building and operating mechanism, and drew the diagram of the cisco systems running mechanism,obtains that the Cisco value network is a system of value creation and value management,its network operational mechanism is the coordination operation, the information sharing and the energy exchange.Then summarized the experience of cisco operation,and drew the definition of enterprise value network, Through the research and analysis to the complexity of the enterprise value network, according to the characteristics of complex system, the thesis put forward the concept of enterprise complex value network.(2) The thesis studied the complexity and the organization structure of Chinese Semiconductor Industry Network, defined the network topological entropy of complex networks, analyzed the orderliness of the various complex network models. According to this study andthe characteristics of enterprise value network, the thesis drew that the structure of enterprise complex value-net is scale-free network.(3) The thesis studied the connotation of management entropy and divided it into positive entropy and negative entropy, drew the measurement formula, and analyzed the meaning of each. and the relationship between them.Then the thesis studied and analyzed seven factors of affectting management entropy in enterprise value network, the total entropy chart of the system are established, management entropy model is presented, and drew the measurement method of enterprise system orderliness.(4) The thesis studied and analyzed the conditions of the enterprise value network forming the dissipative structure, using positive entropy and negative entropy theory, the pointed point mutations model is established, gave the demonstration of the enterprise value network to the critical state, then the thesis drew that the enterprise value-net can form the dissipative structure, and gave evolution conditions of the system reaching critical state.(5) The thesis analyzed the sequence parameter of the enterprise value network in theory,the sequence parameter equation of self-organization evolution of the enterprise value-net was established,with potential function curve,the thesis studied the process of self-organization evolution of the system.The conclusions of the thesis are as follow:when the strengthening degree of system competitiveness is less than the incremental status of system damping,the system keep stable state;when the strengthening degree of system competitiveness degree to a greater extent than the incremental status of system damping,the system only can be caused to achieve critical state,then under the action of random fluctuation,the system formed orderly structure.(6) The thesis established the sequence parameter equation with only the system competitiveness,with potential function curve,analyzed the dynamic process of system from stable state to asymptotical stable state,then to lose stability,to form orderly structure finally under the action of random fluctuation,drew that the process of forming orderly structure was a gradual process.Another,through the analysis,the result of system evolution does not necessarily form orderly structure,but system evolution exists bifurcation phenomena in the critical state,that means the existence of different evolutionary path,and random fluctuation decide the evolution direction.
