The Study On The Project Of Human Resources Planning For Hebei Extra High Voltage Branch

With the rapid development of extra high voltage power transmission and the power system reform, the traditional method of human resource management has been difficult to meet the development of extra high voltage power transmission companies. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research the human resource planning projects of companies. This paper chose the Hebei extra high voltage power transmission branch as the research object, and adopted SWOT analysis method to analyze the situation and problem of branch's human resource. Then, according to the company's future strategic objectives, we used the neural network and Markov model to forecast the need and supply of its human resources. According to the forecasting results, we proposed the goals and measures of human resource planning. Those can support the human resources management and development of the branch.Through research, we can get the conclusion that enterprises must establish a rational and scientific human resources planning in order to adapt the needs of enterprise development, and ensure the balance of staff in the long-term, enable enterprises to take the path of sustainable development.
