Huaxiang Hotel Human Resource Planning Research

With the rapid development of the hotel industry, in order to earn a place in the fierce competition, hotels must improve the internal management and the competition ability, while the human resource planning has an important role in promoting the hotel strategy implementation, strengthening internal management, and promoting the development of hotel. Thus this paper makes the strategic human resource planning study of Huaxiang hotel, mainly for six aspects:human resources total demand, internal supply forecasting, strategic human talents demand forecast, strategic talents supply forecasting, strategic talents quality and structure configuration, the supporting measure for the implementation of the human resource planning strategy.First through the interview and investigation, we get its human resources management present situation, combined with the hotel development strategy in the next five years, we make the human resource SWOT analysis of Huaxiang hotel, and formulate the human resource planning strategy in the future five years. Next, we analysis the position structure, age structure and degree structure of the whole personnel, department staff and management staff, the technical staff and sales staff in Huaxiang hotel, and discusses the personnel structure existing problems of the hotel which hinder the hotel's development strategy, then use the grey neural network combined model and Markov model forecast the demand and supply of human resource of Huaxiang hotel in the next five years, respectively. Conclusions are as follows:it is estimated that by 2015,(1) in the gross,764personnel demand and supply of368people, supply less than demand;(2)in the department, the members of the board of directors have a balanced supply and demand, the finance department staff supply greater than demand, the rest of the department personnel's supply less than demand;(3) for the management personnel, the supply and demand of the senior managers balanced; Middle managers'need greater than demand; First-line managers'supply less than need;(4) for the design personnel, design technicians, engineering technicians and the first-line service technician technicians'supply are less than demand;(5)for sales personnel, except the sales manager has a balanced supply and demand, the sales assistant managers, domestic and foreign salesmen 's supply are less than the need.Based on the above forecast conclusions, and combined with the problems in the human resource planning strategy and human resource management of Huaxiang hotel, the author make the directive human resource planning for the next five years about the department personnel and strategic talent the quantity, quality, structure and configuration, and puts forward five supporting measures for the human resource planning effective execution:organization top-down recognition, perfect organizational structure, perfect the human resource management system, perfect human resource management information system and dynamic evaluation mechanism. At the end of this article, it points out the research the innovation points, restricts and further research direction in the future.
