| By inherited the current performance evaluation system of Electric Power Company, guided with the development strategy planed by State Grid Corporation of China, regarding the characteristics of Electric Power Company, drawing lessens from the idea of balanced-scorecard and the principles of key performance indicator, also the analytic hierarchy process theory to embody the hierarchy, we has reconstructed a development strategy guided performance evaluation system. The performance evaluation system constructed in this paper has adopted Delphi Method and AHP Method to scientifically and objectively decide the weight of each index. By dozens of investigations, this paper has gained scientific and dependable data to conduct empirical study and analyzed the result. This method is simple to be applied to practice. |
