Research On Human Capital Investment Of Power Supply Enterprise

This paper used the management methods which research on investment in human capital risk to carry out the study. It analyzed risks and characteristics of the power companies to invest in human capital and explore the causes of the enterprise human capital investment risk, and give evaluation method which used in the power business. It offered the theory and methods of drawing to investment in human capital for business decision-making reference.This paper used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to estimate the risk of investment in human capital. It put forward measures to guard against risks address these risks in order to increase the return on investment in human capital.
