Study On Evaluation System Of Risk Investment

The study on evaluation system is an integral part of risk investment. Scientific evaluation systems help professionals evaluate risk investment projects in accordance with investment principles, risk preferences, and certain evaluation criteria. Thus the projects with relatively too big risk or too low benefit are winnowed from a large number of alternatives, leaving only ones with most appreciation potential.This thesis established a relatively complete index system of risk investment evaluation based on the study on the evaluation of risk investment at home and abroad, aiming at improving current evaluation index system. In order to make the proposed index system more realistic and construct an evaluation system of risk investment compatible for China, the authors removed the indices which are not closely relevant to project evaluation, modified the proposed index system and brought forward the theory that the first order index of evaluation index system of risk investment should consist of technical risk, market risk, management risk and environmental risk, while the second order index should be somewhat distinguishing based on the features of the project itself.On this basis, in order to obtain the degree of attention or weight of all evaluation levels and factors in modified evaluation index system, the authors applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to form a pairwise comparison matrix, and therefore got the comprehensive weight of each index. Additionally, the evaluation result was analyzed by a combination of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model and the evaluation model evolved from the basic rules of risk investment circumvention. A quantitative model study was done on this index system afterwards, which supplied a set of relatively feasible methods for quantitative evaluation of risk investment projects.Finally, based on the problems probed in this research, this article summarized the study results and made several suggestions as the reference for following study on evaluating risk investment.
