| As a renewable energy power generation projects, wood bioenergy could replace the traditional coal-fired power plants with high-emission and pollution. The bioenergy is an important part of China's future energy planning. It often focuses on financial indicators, but neglect of the risk analysis and management in the feasible study of the projects. Actually, we need to face the risk of the project status and economic value of comprehensive analysis and evaluation, in order to provide some valuable reference information to the investors and governments.This article is based on the project level, and combined the Whole Risk Assessment and the economic risk evaluation by establishing the index System and applying some advanced methods like Vague Comprehensive Judgment and Probability Analysis. Especialy the environmental cost is involved in the assessments. I try to establish a comprehensive, scientific and rational assessments system in the risk and economic evaluation of the wood power project, which could improve the accuracy of the investment decision. Finally, the assessment system is used to research and analyze the details of the case project, and the results show that they have to face with higher risk if insure expected level of profitability, they must adopted a series of risk management measures. |
