The Study On The Development Of Productive Service Industry In Anhui Province

During the second half of 20th century, with the development of service industry tending to be more and more knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, service industry's characteristic of being the emblem of the advanced productive force will be more obvious. Whether the period of the world economy entering post-industrial economy (services economy) or new industrial economy, the service industry will be gradually replaced the status of industry in national economy and become an important symbol of judging and reflecting the level of a country's economic modernization. As an important aspect of developing the service industry, the productive service industry has become indispensable to the development of modern economy. The development of productive service industry is an effective way to improving the competitiveness of enterprises, an inevitable choice to promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and an important path to changing the way of economic growth.At present, the lagging development of service industry in Anhui province, especially the productive service industry seriously impedes Chinese rapid growth of economy. In order to speed up the upgrading of manufacturing industry, to adjust the economic structure and to develop the service industry vigorously especially the productive service industry are the issues of the economic development in Anhui province that must be resolved. To achieve the two-way interaction of manufacturing industry and productive service industry is the most important aspect.This paper explores the present condition of the development of service industry, the strategic choice and the research of the way of dealing with it. First of all, this paper studies the concept, the classification and the generation of productive service industry. Secondly, it describes the development of some foreign and well-known cities' productive service industry and points out that the generation of productive service industry is the inevitable trend of upgrading the manufacturing industry, the internal demand of knowledge-based economy, and the inevitable result of the economic restructuring. Then it summarizes the relevant experience of development. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the internal especially Anhui's development of productive service industry. On this basis, it sums up the lack in the development of the productive service industry in Anhui Province and gives some strategies and suggestions on how to develop the productive service industry in Anhui province.
