| Under the current background of "adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization",the development of agricultural modernization is the top priority,and accelerating the development of agricultural productive services undoubtedly is the indispensable way to promote agricultural modernization.At present,the overall level of agricultural productivity development in our country is not high and the development is unbalanced in different regions.The development level of agricultural productive service industry in plain areas is relatively high,but lagging behind in the hilly and mountainous areas.As a typical mountainous area that is Wuling Mountains of Chongqing,it is of great significance to study the development and influencing factors of its agricultural productive service industry,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is of great significance to promote its agricultural modernization and the overall agricultural modernization of Chongqing.This paper starts from two aspects: theoretical analysis and empirical test.First,it sorts out the relevant theories and concepts of agricultural producer service industry and mountain agricultural development.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of agricultural producer service industry in Wuling Mountains of Chongqing.Its agricultural productive service industry development efficiency and empirical analysis of its influencing factors,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the relevant data from 2011 to 2020 in the Wuling Mountains of Chongqing,the DEA model was used to calculate the development efficiency of its agricultural productive service industry.The main conclusions are as follows: The growth rates of total factor productivity in the Wuling Mountains of Chongqing are both positive and fluctuating,and technological progress is the promotion of total factor productivity.The root cause of productivity improvement;all districts and counties are basically consistent in that the increase in total factor productivity is attributable to technological progress,while technical efficiency and its decomposition have little impact on total factor productivity;All districts and counties have not reached the effective DEA and fluctuated.In recent years,the overall comprehensive efficiency has shown an upward trend.However,some districts and counties have downward pressure and the development between districts and counties is unbalanced.The development level of comprehensive efficiency is at the middle level of the surrounding Wuling Mountains,slightly lower than the surrounding area average.Using the panel data from 2011 to 2020 in the Wuling Mountains of Chongqing,this paper empirically analyzes the factors affecting the development of its agricultural productive service industry.The main conclusions are as follows: infrastructure construction,transportation capacity,economic development level,and policy support have significant positive effects to its agricultural productive services.The level of industrialization has a significant negative correlation with the agricultural productive services,the possible reason is that the level of industrialization development in Wuling Mountains of Chongqing is low and not effectively reached the level of industrial backfeeding agriculture,conversely,there is a certain crowding out effect.The level of human capital,technological innovation ability,and the level of informatization have no significant effect on the agricultural productive service industry,the reason is that these three factors from input to generate spillover to agriculture take longer.Based on the above research conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the agricultural productive service industry in the Wuling Mountains of Chongqing,including: strengthening the support and promotion of science and technology,specifically supporting agricultural scientific research,promoting the construction of information technology,and popularizing agricultural technology.Construction of facilities and transportation system,specifically to accelerate urbanization construction,increase agricultural and rural production and living infrastructure,and continue to promote the construction of transportation system.Effectively promote the integrated development of industry and agriculture,specifically to integrate industrial resources for localized development,and promote the integrated development of industry and agriculture.Strengthen talent development,specifically to increase the training of agricultural talents,encourage the introduction of high-quality professional talents,consolidate basic education in primary and secondary schools,and steadily promote the construction of citizen health.Continue to strengthen the role of policy guidance,strengthen support for agricultural productive service organizations and increase financial support for all aspects of agricultural productive services. |
