Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Project Management About Attracting Investments In Xuancheng Economic And Technological Development Zone

The development zone is an important carrier of attracting investments,also a main force to promote local economic growth,while attracting investments is the lifeline of the development zones,and each region has explored a lot of characteristic project management methods for the development zones to attract investments.The study of attracting investments project management in Xuancheng development zone,has a great and practical importance in how to seize the opportunity to rise in middle China and development towards east for Anhui,how to continue the capital and industrial shifting of coastal developed areas smoothly,explore new ideas of attracting investments project management for the development zones of undeveloped areas in middle China,achieve the optimizing and upgrading of the economic structure,and promote the economies of the development zones to grow well and quickly.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the development process,development trend and the related concepts about attracting investments project management of the development zones.Secondly,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of attracting investments projects of Xuancheng development zone,figures out its internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and threats by using the SWOT method, thus the author concludes the strategies of project management to attract investments.
