The basic characteristics of the information society decided a high degree of mobility of globalization, digitalization and the capital market, which constitute the environment for the growth of businesses today. Information economy shows effects of economies of scale, the scope of the economy, linking economy and economic growth in information society, and all of which has brought new challenges in the traditional sense of business management theory, from changes in corporate growth to a new form of the emergence of organizations. As an important part of enterprise management, human resources management must also adapt to this change. Electronic human resources (e-HR), as the latest phase of human resource management information system, greatly enrich the human resource management theory, broad the areas of human resources management, and promote the progress of the enterprise management.The survey found that Chinese enterprises exposed a number of problems in the use of e-HR. Many enterprises remained at the initial stage on the understanding and application of e-HR. More and more attention from theoretical circles and the corporate world to a new mode of human resources management, as well as implementation status of less than ideal circumstances of e-HR project in Chinese enterprises, we proposed this topic. Combined with the existing theoretical research results and practical results, this study analyzed the necessity of e-HR project for the enterprises comprehensively firstly. And then, studied the problem exposed in the implementation of e-HR. Finally, put forward the effective ideas and measures for implementation of e-HR, from macro-environment of the implementation of e-HR and scientific planning of e-HR project itself.In this study, there are five major components. The first part is the introduction on the purpose, contents, methods, etc. The second part is the Literature Review. The third part is to prove the necessity and importance of the implementation of e-HR from relationship between the information technology and modern human resources management. The fourth part is about the problem exposed in the implementation of e-HR. The fifth part put forward the effective ideas and measures for implementation of e-HR, from macro-environment of the implementation of e-HR and scientific planning of e-HR project itself. Finally, there is research findings and prospects, as well as thanks.
