The strategic HR literature suggests that it will perform better through internal appropriate to fit among their business strategy to fulfill the research of relationship between business strategy and human resource configuration.The present study adopts a configuration approach to identify unique patterns of HR practices and business strategy that are posited to be maximally effective.Research findings showed not only competitive strategies had significant effect on HR configurations,but also significant interaction effects of HR configurations and business strategy on profit and sales growth were observed.In chapter 2 of this article,we will elaboration of the theoretical and related research result of business strategy and human resource configuration.In chapter 3,we will describe the basic requirement to human resource configuration from 5 business development circle perspectives,therefore to suggest the common problem of human resource and problem solving methods during the different period of difference business development circles.In the following chapters,the writer will take a Multinational company - Microsoft and a Domestic company- Huawei's successful examples results from the present study offered some support for integrating HR configuration with business strategy is conducive to the enhancement of organizational performance.
