The Research On Motivation System Of Intellectuals Based On Human Nature Theory

Since the management of science appeared,each of its development stages had the corresponding human nature theory as its philosophical basis,deriving new management means and methods,which formed a practice master line of the management theory and practice,therefore the human nature supposition is foundation of the management theory. This article embarks from the revision of human nature theory's research from China to the West,tries to consider the matter of human nature with the method of dialectical materialism,and based on this,with the combination of the special characters of modern intellectuals and the practice of the real,the article expounds the guiding idea,general requests,basic principle and the specific methods of the form of the motivation system of the intellectuals in modern enterprises.
