Since twenty-first Century, the concept that human resource is the first resource has become a consensus. Human is the subject and the object of management, and the knowledge about human resource management starts from the interpretation of human nature. Western scholars have put forward economic man, social man, self actualization man, complex man and other human nature states. At the same time, they also put forward the model of human resource management. These single human nature states once played a very important role in Chinese human resource management. However, the current chinese culture is in a rapid period of translation, humanity will be changed. Any Chinese organization needs to learn the change of contemporary Chinese human nature and choose the reasonable human resource management mode, according to the transformation characteristics of culture.However, the study on human nature and human resource management research in our country business and academia fields is seriously lag. Most of them stay on the stage of copying western scholars’theories. It’s adverse for our country to establish the core competitive advantage, and participate in the global competition. Therefore, it’s urgent to research and develop in line with China’s national condition, correctly master modern human characteristics in our country and put forward the corresponding human resource management. Thus, we can follow the development of the world’s management trend.This article will do some beneficial attempts. Through the design of Chinese human nature state evaluation scale and the investigation in Zhejiang Province, Shandong and Jiangxi Province, this article gets the basic conclusions on our country modern human nature state.Based on the findings, the paper also proposes the corresponding human resource management mode. This article is divided into six chapters:the first chapter describes the research background, significance and research methods, besides innovation and content arrangement; the second chapter discusses the theoretical literature review on human nature and human resource management mode; the third chapter introduces the design process of Chinese human nature state model and scale; the fourth chapter verifies the reliability and validity of model by the SPSS statistical analysis software,emphatically introduces the survey results of human nature state and proves the results with theoretical analysis; the fifth chapter according to the empirical results of the human nature characteristic, puts forward the thought and countermeasure of the corresponding human resource management; the last chapter of this study concludes and points out the direction for further research.This paper uses both theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Through the construction of human nature evaluation model for modern people, the paper draws a basic conclusion of the human complex nature characteristics and puts forward the countermeasures for human resource management, which is significant to solve the difficulties of human resource management and is also a bright spot of the paper.
