The satisfaction of employees determines the behavior of employees and is directly related to the enterprise’s productivity and economic efficiency for enterprises.At present,the safety risks for small and medium-sized coal enterprises in our country are more prominent,and the human factors are the most important factors leading to the incident.Therefore,we find out the factors that affect the job satisfaction of employees in the coal industry and take countermeasures to improve the employee’s satisfaction in order to reduce incidents and raise the productivity and economic efficiency-in this paper,the satisfaction degree of underground employee in Weida Coal Industry Company is taken as the research object and content.The questionnaire is used to investigate satisfaction for underground staff and organize the data.SPSS analysis software was used to analyze the reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis.The main influencing factors the employee satisfaction were discussed.It was intended to discuss the influence of pay and benefits,safety and security,the working environment,the work itself and the career planning for the underground employee satisfaction degree,finally uses the AMOS software to construct the structural equation model to study the main influence factor of the underground employee satisfaction and the respective effect rate,analyzes the influencing factors and mechanism of action of underground employee satisfaction factor,so as to find out influencing factors and clarify weak link improved.aspects for human resource admininistration of enterprises.According to the conclusion of the study,it is proposed to establish a scientific and reasonable salary and welfare system,enhance safety management,provide a good career management and other measures to raise the employee satisfaction of underground enterprises in coal enterprises,and improve the enterprise management and the stability of the employees,and foster employee’s sense of identity and belonging and enhance the company’s cohesion so that it achieves strong competition in the market to obtain steady development.
