Research On Integrative Corporate Finance Services Of Chinese Commercial Banks

Diversified channels of finance make the extrusion effect on traditional credit business of commercial banks, and demands of liquidity of capital and benefits make commercial banks provide diversified corporate finance services, including account managements, centralized payments, capital pools, supply chain finance services, risk managements, centralized managements of foreign exchange funds and so on. Integrative corporate finance services become the guide theory of products developments, which refine the true representative of customers'demands, and this guide theory provides not only the feasible operational path of transformations of innovations of banks products, but also models changing from traditional commercial banks benefits. Based on those reasons, this paper makes further researches on integrative corporate finance services of our commercial banks.Firstly, this paper combs contents, features, and development history of integrative corporate finance services. Secondly, make analyses of integrative corporate finance services of main foreign commercial banks, and get enlightenments to integrative corporate finance services of our commercial banks. Finally, give some suggestions of developing integrative corporate finance services of our commercial banks: According to commodity flows and cash flows of companies, commercial banks arrange finance products and services. On the basis of systems of payments and settlements, develop supply chain and cash management services that could improve the liquidity of commodity and cash. Particularly, Commercial banks should build safe systems of payments and settlements of local currency and foreign currency and complete relative laws, optimize supply chain finance services, develop products of accounts receivable financing based on demands of suppliers, make the whole supervision on supply chain finance services, and build platforms of cash managements services of our commercial banks based on platforms of network banks, which enhances liquidity of capital of companies and reduces operation costs. Integrative corporate finance services which are famous for new organization structure and profit model would be the new profit growth point of commercial banks.
