Study For Cash Flow Management Of Supply Chain About Commodities Transaction

The industrial organization model of supply chain is undergoing fast development.With rapid growth of new products circulation system, Internet technologies and e-marketplace, the management level of supply chain has been enhanced dramatically.Cash flow management constitutes an integral part of supply chain management,which aims at improvement of cash circulation efficiency in supply chain.Enhancement of management level of cash flow shall promote optimization andimprovement of supply chain’s efficiency to a large extent. Commodities transactionbelongs to the capital-intensive industry, which is characterized by huge capital stocksand demands. With changes in bulk commodities’ circulation tendency, frequency ofbusiness transactions and application of information technology have been improvedgreatly, which makes cash flow to be the biggest bottleneck in development of supplychain in commodities. In this thesis, combined with theory and practical cases,achieved conclusion as: I.The importance of cash flow in the pipe of supply chainresearch increasingly prominent. II. Three operating modes for commodity tradingflows of supply chain management. Starting from the enterprise internal supply chainnodes, proposes application of a management tool of operating asset pool, in order toimprove the circulation efficiency of operating capital from a inside perspective of theenterprise on supply chain. On basis of the link of different enterprises on the supplychain, in this thesis, suggests to adopt jointly managed inventory and supply chainfinance for the privilege of improving management performance of cash in supplychain. aims to optimize the overall supply chain. III. Supporting measures needed forthe flow of supply chain management,(1) Uses the advanced information managementsystem within the enterprise.(2)Speed up the development of building electronicinformation trading platform.(3) The government and relevant regulators need topublish more detailed laws and regulations.
