The Study Of Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Industrial Gradient Transfer Under The Globalization Conditions

Along with the accelerated process of economic globalization,the coordinated development of industries of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has given rise to a growing concern. What is the real condition of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's industrial structure? How can we coordinate the industrial development to promote this region integration process? Those are the basic questions we considered in the construction of the northern economic center.The main purpose of this paper is to study the transformation of industry from the basic theory of economics based on the gradient of the state of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry.Through this empirical analysis,I hope the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei be able to explore the status of the industrial structure and the basic characteristics and then for the orderly transfer of industry to promote the region to provide an effective means of implementation.This article is broadly divided into five parts;all parts of the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introductory remarks.This paper presents an overview of the research background,research significance,and finally points out that the simple idea of this study.In this paper,the main draw on foreign industrial economy has been the outcome of the study and research on implementation of innovation,that is,mainly in the study of globalization under the conditions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's industrial structure and their specific problem of empirical analysis.This paper is closely connected with the country's economic development strategic plan and analyses the industry situation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under the conditions of globalization,and on this basis I put forward in an orderly gradient transfer of industries to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei specific ideas,which is different in other research areas.The second part is the introduction of the theory and literature.It first defines the basic areas such as industries,industries,international industrial transfer and the transfer of regional industries,then reviews theories of scholars at home and abroad about industrial gradient transfer,and finally introduces related research and thought of the domestic scholars.These are the theory base of the study of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei industrial gradient transfer under the globalization conditions. The third part is the empirical analysis.It analyses the industries status quo of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei,describes economic globalization as well as the financial crisis on the regional impact of industrial transfer.In this part,this paper adapts empirical analysis methods of economics studies and compares the status of the specific industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In the empirical study,this article selects time series data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region since 1980,analyses industrial structure and characteristics of a specific quantity portrayed of Hebei,Beijing andTianjin,and are analyzes and compares the three leading industry and its advantages.In general,the conclusion of this article is:There's obvious gradient disparity in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's three industries.And, Beijing is in the nferiority in the primary industry,the second industry is relatively regarding, the tertiary industry is in the dominant position;Tianjin's second industry assumed the trend of escalation recently,the first,tertiary industrial proportion to the GDP has the declining trend;Hebei's second industry has occupied the dominant position,the primary industry is moving toward the technical green agriculture,the tertiary industry as a whole is still traditional industry primarily.The fourth part focuses on countermeasures and suggestions.This paper holds that the coordination of industrial development should be to determine a good location of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei industrial development.On this basis,they need to develop a concrete implementation of ideas—that is:the role of government and market mechanisms to fully integrate and strengthen the comparative advantages between regions,to play the main role of enterprises.The fifth part is the conclusion chapter.It focuses on the inadequacies of the paper,as well as the problems the further research needs to deal with.
