In recent years,economic globalization has become an irreversible trend.Nowadays,the Chinese enterprises have to implement the international business strategy,in the course of building a business advantage in international competition encountered a series of problems. Especially under the impact of 2008 US financial crisis,the export sales-oriented manufacturing enterprises are faced with unprecedented challenges,and how to correct understanding factors of business impact on the operation of international which become the focus of this article.What are the factors that affect the internationalization of Chinese enterprises? To answer this question,this article from both the macro and micro scale,to seek a breakthrough.At the macro level,select the country the total amount of export tax rebates,the RMB exchange rate,as well as the annual average price for the size of the national export credit to do with the national total exports empirical test since 1985,the results found that as a national policy to encourage exports of the export tax rebate policy,credit support policies and export in the long term there is a positive correlation,to a certain extent promoted the internationalization of Chinese enterprises operating process,and the RMB exchange rate changes on the export of long-term effects of the size of the result is not significant.At the micro level,we use a sample of Chinese manufacturing listed companies during the 2005-2007 periods to explore the relation between the internationalization of business experience,asset management,human resources capacity, technical research and development capabilities,the ability to finance and Overseas sales ratio,the absolute amount of Overseas sales.research results showed that:first,team executives is the impact of international experience in international business performance;second,human resource capacity is not enhance competitiveness in the international market;Third,China's technological research capabilities on the international contribution to business performance of small degree,can not form a unique international competitive advantage;Fourth,the size of the financing capacity of enterprises is an important factor in performance of the internationalization of business enterprises,financing constraints has become the a major obstacle of successful implementation of China's enterprises internationalization strategy.
