The Influence Factors Of Industry Association Development In China

With the globalization of economy and the development of market economy and the refining of the social division of labor in the market, the industry association of China plays increasing important role in most aspects such us to provide policy advice, strengthen self-discipline, promote the development of the industry, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. But compared to the industry associations in UK, Germany and Japan, which are built on a wealth of practical experience and long-term academic research, the industry associations of China is relatively weak whether in size, or in social function, or in influence. All of them makes it must immediately to develop China’s industry association.Based on the previous research, we did the theoretical analysis and empirical research in this paper in order to find out the influence of the development of the industry association of China, and provide some theory to improve the development level of China’s industry association, and put forward the industry association for the development of their own proposals, for government and industry association for the development of the related decision provides scientific basis.This paper is divided into seven chapters, main contents of every chapters are as follows:In the first chapter we put forward the topic research background, significance, the research topic selection method and the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the study at home and abroad, and introduce the ideas and the structure arrangement.In the second chapter we research the industry association theories and its development courses, for further analysis of the theoretical basis.In the third chapter based on PEST analysis and existing research we divide the exterior factors of the industry association into four parts:political factors; Economic factors; Social factors and technological factors.In the fourth chapter we based on the existing research, divided the internal factors into five parts:funds factors; Human factors; Organization factors; Operation management mechanism factors and functions construction factors. Each part of the influence factors are subdivided.In the fifth chapter we use descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis of statistical methods in the empirical analysis which for industry association development impact factors. In the sixth chapter we according to the empirical results of chapter5, this paper puts forward some improvement Suggestions on the development of the industry association. In the seventh chapter we summarized the main idea of this article, a reflection on this paper advantages and disadvantages, and determine the next step in the direction of the research.
