| After the Internet bubble and economic crisis,a new round of technological and industrial revolution is emerging all over the world,and countries all over the world are re-aware of the importance of manufacturing.Nowadays,the world manufacturing industry pattern is facing important adjustment,the economic environment competition is becoming more and more fierce,the arrival of the new consumption era forces the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the development of intelligent manufacturing will be the only way for China’s manufacturing industry from large to strong.However,China’s intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the development of the lack of brand awareness,the overall brand strength is weak,in this context,how to improve the brand awareness of China’s intelligent manufacturing enterprises,to create an international brand is the focus of attention.In view of this,to explore influence factors of intelligent manufacturing core enterprise brand internationalization,analyzes the multiple before because of the complex causal mechanism,this thesis by reviewing the related literature,based on the theory of earth-sized framework,extract influence factors,and their mechanism of action,and second,with 10 different areas of intelligent manufacturing core enterprises as samples,The content analysis method was used to encode and assign the condition variables.Finally,the configuration effect of the influencing factors of intelligent manufacturing core enterprise brand internationalization was discussed by using the configuration thinking and fs QCA method.The results show that:(1)international learning behavior,patent ecological operation ability,environmental dynamics,environmental inclusion,technological innovation ability,talent training ability,and brand inclusion ability are the antecedents that affect the brand internationalization of intelligent manufacturing core enterprises,and all have promoting effects;(2)The influencing factors of brand internationalization present the combined characteristics of linkage.No factor can solely determine the results of brand internationalization.There are three configurations of the results of brand internationalization,which are technology-environment driven,organization-environment driven and overall driven.In this thesis,from the overall perspective reveals the influencing factors of intelligent manufacturing core enterprise brand internationalization are interdependent,there are many that can lead to the target results configuration,is to further supplement and expansion of existing research,enrich the research of brand internationalization,for the development of China’s intelligent manufacturing enterprise brand internationalization. |
