Study On The Value Of Information Sharing With CPFR

With the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of IT,the competition between enterprises has changed to the competition between supply chains, so the enterprise management modes change too.Supply Chain Management(SCM) is the way that suits to the change.A successful supply chain model is bound to need the support of information sharing.The supply chain of CPFR model of to become a research hotspot in recent years.For this hot issue,thesis do some research combing the information sharing.Based on above statement,this thesis takes "study on the value of information sharing with CPFR"as subject.Firstly,the thesis elaborate the supply chain information sharing,CPFR research status and simulation of the supply chain theories in this three areas,including its significance in supply chain management,summary the currunt research results at home and abroad,and establishe the general content and framework of the study. Followed by an analysis of supply chain information-sharing problems,in view of the current literature are many mathematical methods or theoretical study of supply chain information sharing value of this thesis,with the method of simulation modeling,through the establishment of Arean CPFR-based inventory model,study the value of information sharing in supply chain.Finally,by comparing the information sharing and uninformation sharing in case of simulation results come to the conclusion:the sharing of information under the integrated logistics system to reduce the logistics cost,the larger the reduction of inventory levels and greatly increased customer satisfaction.This thesis was expanded along by following process:firstly the concept, composition and influences factor of supply chain inventory coordination & Information sharing;then compare analysis for the value of information sharing in supply chain;then it is founded that the systemic model of supply chain inventory coordination based on information sharing,with the deficiency of information sharing. Finally it is proved that the validity for above model through analyzing the case in the thesis.Hope to give some elicitation for those companies which want to implement inventory coordination in supply chain.
