Due to lack of information sharing and process integrating among currency, manufacture and provider, there are several uncertain factors coming forth during SCM. They seriously influence the efficient and ordinal management of supply chain. Further more they hinder supply chain from carrying out further cooperating and management.Named the currency as the research object, and named CPFR as the research method, the paper constructs the extended model of CPFR, discovers the executive method, and then deals with the problems how to enlarge strength of currency and how to manage the supply chain cooperatively.Refer to the achievement of CPFR home and oversea, the paper has made research on the essence, process and application of CPFR. And then, linking with the SWOT analysis of currency, the paper discovers the shortage in the model of CPFR existing. After all of these, the paper extends the process of CPFR, establishes the model of E-CPFR (Extended-CPFR), studies on its essence, process of operation, flow of data, feasibility, practicability and executive method. Based on the academic research, the paper quotes the case of XX Tobacco Company, analyzes the use of E-CPFR in tobacco supply chain. It is proved that E-CPFR is proper and practicable to advance the strength of currency and optimize the SCM.
