The Research Of Information Sharing Based On Supply Chain Of CPFR

Since twenty-first Century, the economic globalization and the progress of science andtechnology, aggravate the competition between the supply chains. Following the importanceof the supply chain management, to improve supply chain responsiveness, reduce the cost ofthe supply chain. In the process of supply chain management, there were a lot of relatedtheories and methods, in which, supply chain coordination is an important means to solve thecomplex system; the information sharing is the basics of supply chain teamwork. Both ofthem is the most important research direction in supply chain management. So the research oninformation sharing in supply chain coordination has very important theory and realisticmeaning. And CPFR as the highest degree of sharing information and the most advancedduring sharing approach, it also attracted both domestic and foreign scholars’ attention, andmake this research came to the forefront of academic.This paper starts from three questions, that is why supply chain need coordination, why inthe supply chain coordination must use information sharing method and why supply chaininformation sharing must use the CPFR pathway, a clear answer about these three questionsmake this paper has strong logic.In the foundation of domestic and foreign existing research results, this paper overview thesupply chain management and coordination, information sharing and VMI and CPFR. Fromthe above three problems, I established the research thought and content of the article. Insumming up the implementation of information sharing on supply chain, We found thatalthough most enterprises adopt VMI, but scholars and enterprises began to focus on CPFR,and has desire to practice. This article made the specific in-depth analysis on VMI and CPFR,the results showed that CPFR can bring tremendous benefits to supply chain than VMI. Andalso analyzes the current enterprises’ implementation about CPFR, in order to make theconclusion that CPFR is the inevitable choice for the supply chain information sharing nomatter present and future. And then focus on the obstacles and pitfalls when implementing,this article gives an information sharing platform model from the technology and the model isverified by specific logic design. Finally, this paper put forward the imagination ofinformation sharing and CPFR. The purpose of this paper is to hope that through the analysisof the current research and theory model, to provide some ideas and suggestions for thesupply chain enterprises’ implementation of CPFR, it has strong practical significance.
