With the popularity of economic development and information technology, the demand of supply chain management is growing. Not only within the industry supply chain upstream and downstream related businesses, but also involves collaboration across the supply chain between industries. The size and complexity of the supply chain are increasing. Improve supply chain management can improve the efficiency of resource utilization, reduce costs related to supply chain businesses, and can help companies planning and decision-making, thereby affecting the strategic decisions of enterprises.With the rise and the development of commercial enterprises,the e-commerce supplier supply chain is different from traditional enterprise supply chain for the development of supply chains has brought new changes. The first, e-commerce supply chain is more efficient than the traditional supply chain and timely access to information. Utilizing information extraction and analysis can help companies making business management decisions. The second, with expanding scale and developeing technology of the e-commerce supply chain, the middle part of the business process become more and more less, supply chain flatting brings efficiency improvement and cost reduction, which bring motivation to companies who wants to improve supply chain management. The need of electricity supplier supply chain management is also growing. The company can utilize the useful information which is obtained by highly informationized management system for detailed analysis and simulation which allows enterprises to improve efficiency and reduce costs.This study is based on the application of system simulation and e-commerce supply chain characteristics, systematically research three main business model AMZ, FBA and MFNCOD of typical e-commerce company supplier Z. Based on the true history of logistics data and cost data,analyze these three modes of logistics about cash flow and process characteristics, found the ecommerce supplier supply chain index evaluation system, use supply chain simulation research practice critical theory, research methods to model Z supply chain process, draw flow charts, and use discrete event simulation methods to achieve supply chain simulation and process. Use Arena simulation software which provided visual modeling to model the aforesaid system, and input the date of costs and logistics which already been abstracted for dynamic simulation of the system,monitor the state of the system,run the system repeatedly to produce reliable results. Finally, analyze the experimental results and find out the problems of the supply chain system, predict possible risks and make suggestion to optimize process design and implementation of a typical e-commerce supply chain.
