Research And Development Of Process Economical Evaluation System Based On Workshop Simulation

With more in-depth study of concurrent engineering,a new requirement is brought forward that it is necessary to consider the various relevant factors in the later phases of the product life cycle in parallel,and evaluate,demonstrate, compare several process planning solutions in CAPP.On the premises of quality guarantee and the feasible technic,the economic evaluation of the process planning solutions has became a necessary step in decision-making process reasonably,for it is directly related to all the aspects of enterprise production management,as well as the improvement of the economic efficiency.For the problem that traditional process planning failed to consider the discrete events in manufacturing process,using the analytical hierarchy process as the algorithm and Flexsim as the simulation platform,from the mathematical modeling of evaluation system,workshop simulation modeling in theory,construction of workshop model in Flexsim,this paper studied the process economical evaluation based on workshop simulation,and at last developed the system in integrated environment.The concept of the process economical evaluation was introduced,and AHP was proposed to be a basis algorithm for the evaluation on the premises of quality guarantee and the feasible technic.In the environment of Lean Production,the index system was established according to the new characteristics of process economical evaluation.The general course of the process economical evaluation was introduced from three aspects including cost,time,and production status.The manufacturing system of workshop was introduced,as well as the usual steps of workshop system modeling and simulation.For the purpose of process economical evaluation,the resources,scheduling information,and process information theory modeling were mostly described as the theoretical basis of the workshop simulation in Flexsim.Based on Flexsim platform,from the aspects including the data collection workshop,hardware information,process and workshop logistics and trolley path, the model for the process economical evaluation of the simulation of the workshop was built using the object library and the global table.The driver of process information to simulation model,and the scheduling rules from the perspective of conflict resolution were realized.The operating parameters and termination conditions of simulation were analyzed.The simulation results were obtained through the Excel interface,and translated into the gist of process economical evaluation.An example was provided to illustrate the course of simulation.The overall structure of process economical evaluation system was studied based on Flexsim workshop simulation,as well as the system modules and functions. The database of system was analyzed and designed.The integration of the system to Flexsim,CAPP and Matlab was realized.Further more,with Delphi7.0 and SQL Sever2000,the system was developed. The methods and system in this paper are effective in the economical evaluation of the process planning solutions,and could play a better role in support of the process decision-making.The theory and system have good application prospects.
