With the continuous development of China’s economy,the oil industry is also showing a very active posture.Part of the oil companies expands scale,competition among the various oil companies increasingly fierce.If you want to stand out in many enterprises,you must have a lot of market share,a good production processes and a good production process.Therefore,JSHK companies want to survive in the fierce competitive environment and continue to develop,it is must through optimization,the transportation of production materials of JSHK is more convenient,more reasonable production layout,reducing the loss of production materials,and ultimately to reduce the company’s production costs,improving the company’s production efficiency to increase the net profit of enterprises,so as to improve the overall economic benefits of enterprises.The first,this paper takes the JSHK company as the research object,by using the knowledge of industrial engineering as the theoretical basis,through on-the-spot investigation,investigation and consultation,found the production process problems,and studying many related literature inside and outside the production process optimization method,combining the company’s situation to find out the problems,then optimizing the company’s production process,in order to reduce the cost of production operation and improve the production efficiency of the purpose.Secondly,using ECRS sequence analysis to sort out the whole production process of JSHK company,find out the bottleneck problems in the process and the problems of the cause analysis,combining with the actual situation in the plant,using Flexsim simulation software to built and simulate model of material transport and workshop layout.Through analyzing the operation results of the simulation model,the production process of the status quo can be seen intuitively,finding out the key.Through the introduction of RFID congestion,radio frequency identification technology,packaging workshop production line was optimized and redesigned theJSHK company warehouse packing workshop process based on RFID technology.According to the improvement of transportation mode,the adjustment of the workshop layout and the introduction of RFID technology,the model simulation and the two equilibrium analysis are carried out respectively.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the cost of production personnel,material transportation costs and packaging workshop production line cost,so as to optimize the production process before and after optimization of the contrast effect,and for the JSHK company production process optimization proposed safeguard measures.From the organization,system and technology three aspects,the optimization scheme can successfully proceed.Through the study of this paper,it not only can simplify the company’s internal a lot of operations,but also for the company to achieve automated office providing research ideas,both improving the efficiency of the work,ensuring the quality,and reducing the staff’s work intensity and the production cost.Through a series of optimization of JSHK production process,it can effectively improve the production efficiency,reduce production costs,enhancing the company’s core competitiveness and the continuous development and progress to own a greater share of the market share. |
