The Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Supplier Based Upon Technology Level

From 1990's,with development of science & technology and productivities,the replacement of the products is getting more faster and the competition between enterprises is more serious.The main value of suppliers' selection moves from cost to the integration of technology and cost.Under supply chain management pattern,the fates of all the enterprises on the supply chain tie together,the competition of a single company can live and develop under the serious market competition only to building effectively cooperative relationship with its upstream and downstream enterprises.As the upstream of supply chain,supplier is one of the most factors when an enterprises sets up a supply chain.The selection of supplier concerns the fate of the whole supply chain.In this paper,the related indexes impacting technical level are brought into evaluation system.At present,Evaluation of suppliers more focuses on quality,price, technology and delivery and so on,including technical very one-sided,just as a small embranchment of the whole index system,and its weight is also very small.In fact, many large enterprises very pay attention to technical ability in the selection of suppliers.Comprehensive technology ability of suppliers directly affects the overall operation and competition.So evaluation the technical level of the supplier has great strategic importance.The paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation system in which R&D technology and manufacturing technology are main factors for the primary selection and quality and cost are main factors for the check selection to study the selection of suppliers,so that improving technical cooperation ability,accelerating the development of new products,reducing the risk and cost of the company,and boosting the harmony development of the supplier chain.Evaluation of supplier selection is a complex multi-objective,multi-index of the dynamic process optimization.This paper introduces the G1 and ANP application on the evaluation of supplier based on the previous study.And then it introduces the evaluation system of G1/ANP application on supplier evaluation.This way provides strategy and way for the company to choose supplier.Furthermore,it reduces the risk and costs of the company,and consolidates the core position of the company in the supplier chain.And also boost the harmony development of the supplier chain.In the last part,mainly gives one example which shows the ANP application on the supplier evaluation of one fictitious company.The part introduces the steps and way of supplier evaluation in detail,and lastly complications the supplier choosing and evaluation.
