Research On Optimal Allocation Of Land Resources In Air-transportation Related Economic Zone

As the new economic organization form appearing in the new situation,land utilization and industrial distribution in Air- transportation related economic zone are at the exploring stage.This thesis exploringly studies the most optimum distribution of land resources in Air- transportation related economic zone,based on the related theories about Land Management,Land Planning Science,Geonomics,Regional Economics,Industrial Economics,and the present research results of Air- transportation related economic zone at home and abroad.This thesis aims at the contribution to theoretical research on development of Air- transportation related economic zone.China is at the fast developing stage of airport economy.The radiative and driving action of Aviation city on the development of region and regional economies appears with each passing day. Due to lacking effective distribution of land utilization and industrial distribution in Airtransportation related economic zone in present,there are problems about prodigal utilization of land resource,similar construction project,and disordered industrial distribution.At first,this thesis unscrambles and evaluates the theoretical principle,contents,methods and progress of the related theoretical research on Air- transportation related economic zone at home and abroad.Secondly,this thesis detailedly sums up the spatial character,industrial character,function division,and evolution process of Air- transportation related economic zone.At last,the thesis gives the theoretical and empirical analysis of the relationship between Air- transportation related economic zone and realizing the reasonable land distribution in macroscopic and microscopic view.In this thesis,I take the Air- transportation related economic zone in Yubei area,Chongqing as example to combine the industrial distribution in Air- transportation related economic zone and the distribution of land resources.And I use the suitable theoretical and mathematical methods to put forward the prioritization scheme of the distribution of land resources in the frame of Air- transportation related economic,based on the analysis of current situation and the research on the influence of industrial distribution in Air- transportation related economic zone.It is positive to realize economically and intensively using land resources in Air- transportation related economic zone,and to promote industrial structure.In the development of Air- transportation related economic zone,as the guide of developing direction of Air- transportation related economic zone and the regulator of industrial distribution,it is necessary for the government to intervene with its decision and planning guidance.The government could decrease the risk appearing in the development of Air- transportation related economic zone by rationally guiding and planning the distribution of land,and assure that Airtransportation related economic zone realizes sustainable development faster and better.
