| This Paper is on the base of the key subject, named to improve the allocation of landresources and promote industrial upgrading in, Bao’an Branch of Shenzhen Urban Planningand Land Resources Management Committee.Bao’an District, the number of old industrial areas is big, covers an area of wide andhave Great integrated potential,So need to integrate and improve the efficiency of land useland resources, make an inventory of land assets. To speed up the adjustment of industrialstructure and to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, which is the only way toenhance the of Bao’an industry quality. In order to improve the industrial structure and layoutthe increase were gains,through consolidation, preparation, adjustment and optimization ofland use structure, improve the function of the land and the economical and intensive landlevel, from the perspective of land management.We begun our project from analyzing the the structure of the land-utility and theproblem of the industry existing, choosing the typical Huaide community and Guanlan fisherindustrial area as our subjects. Facing the actual condition of the Huaide community, werespectly carried out the analys from the contrast of land and Statutory plan,the land problemfrom the unbanization and the existing problem of the industry, Then, we found the idea ofhow to solve the problem of the approved land and how to update the industry; As therepresentative of the outdated industry in Bao’an district, in the one hand,The Futianindustrial district has the necessity and advantage of the reform, in the other hand, theproblem of the land distributed has affect the remould already. By the analyse of the barrierof the reform, we find the idea to solve the problem to update and reform in Fumin Industrialzone. We hope by the analyse of the actual example, we can have some inspiration in thebetter land utility and industry updated toward the Baoan district. |
