| 1.The main content of the researchThrough searching and reading about the home and broad labor transfer and agriculture development plus agriculture cooperation related papers,we basically dominated the research progress about this field.Based on the theory research,we conducted survey to get observation point data,and analyzed the influence of agriculture labor transfer to the agriculture productive.Systematically analyzed the agriculture productive,the use of the agriculture land resource,agriculture infrastructure construction,and agriculture sustainable development etc.of the effects of the agriculture transfer respectively.In addition,this research also tries to find how importance the agriculture cooperation is to the agriculture productive under the labor transfer situation.First we combined the theory to introduce the mode and approach of the agriculture cooperation.And then we combined the practice to depict the already existing mode and model of agriculture cooperation.Under the labor transfer situation,through the observation point case analyze,we discussed the model of the cooperation,and the constructing of the cooperation organization.Finally,provide some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions based on these analyzed results.2.The conclusion of the research2.1 Agriculture labor transfer has bad influence on the agriculture productive.Under the labor transfer,because of the short of the labor force,the agriculture production can not conduct smoothly,and the agriculture output will be shortened.Stockbreeding like pig breeding development was influenced,and economic crops extension was very difficult.Farmers' income can not be guaranteed.Since the scope of the labor transfer is getting larger and larger,plus the agriculture talents loss,the development of the agriculture technique is also difficult.In the condition of the shortage of labor force,some land was desolated,the planting area was reduced,and the usage of the land was debased.The labor transfer impacted the enthusiasm of the farmland water conservancy,in which made the construction and service of the farmland water conservancy seems impossible.2.2 When the scope of the agriculture productive is small,and the requirement is not very high,employee cooperation can enhance the agriculture production.Employee cooperation integrated the agriculture labor force,optimized the agriculture labor organization,and this is beneficial for agriculture production.But this cooperation can only guarantee the basic planting.It went against the large scale and the industrialization of the agriculture development,and also against the improvement of the agriculture income.2.3 The large household organization transferred the contracting land use to integrated the agriculture resource,and they organized the limited labor force through the labor resource integration and optimization,also they guaranteed the agriculture production through the enhanced usability of the land.The large household organization is propitious to arrange the limited human resource,economize the labor force,push the agriculture mechanization,the colligation of the land,adjust the agriculture frame,and is to the benefit of the agriculture sustainable development.2.4 Based on the analysis of the Liang Ba village,the pit trader organization was a suitable productive cooperation model under the labor transfer circumstance.All the capital raising was conducted by them,so it will not bring any burden to the village.The pit trader organization cooperation model can decrease the bad influence of the labor transfer to the agriculture production.Based on the analysis,through the pit trader organization cooperation,all the disbennifit aspects of the labor transfer were meliorated.The frame of the pit trader organization is simple,the cost is low,and easy to realize,so it has great advantage in agriculture production choice.The pit trader organization can push the agriculture industrialization,and enhance the agriculture development.3.Countermeasures and suggestions 3.1 Attach importance to the influence of the labor transfer to the agriculture production, guarantee the basic status of agriculture.Agriculture is the basic industry,and also the first industry,it is significant important in economic development.Under this circumstance,we need to take great emphasize on the influence of the labor transfer to the agriculture production.To find the problems in time,do research on them in time,and find the solutions in time.Only when the agriculture production goes normal,and guaranteed the basic status of agriculture,the industrialization and the economic development can be realized.3.2 Lead and support the pit trader management in order to drive the agriculture development. Establish some preferential policy to the pit trader on the aspect of land transfer,credit policy and tax,etc.Also give some subsidy to the pit trader in order to reduce their management cost.Government should give many training to the pit trader;enhance the management information and the technical service,in order to organize the production better.Meanwhile,protect the legal management of the agriculture pit trader,and deal with the illegal aggrieves complaint on time.Help them to assort with perimeter,simplify the procedure,to construct a benign develop environment.Come into a agriculture pit trader leading mechanism.3.3 Strengthen agriculture infrastructure construction;guarantee the basic condition for agriculture production.Government should give more devotion on the road construction. In case of the capital shortage of government,farmers can raise capital by themselves to build the road,and the government spends the fund on maintenance to cooperation.Give some subsidy to the pit trader when they build the road on them own.On the farmland improvement and water conservancy projects,government should enhance the support extent,and erect a steady growth mechanism step by step.3.4 Research and apply the technique on agriculture which can save labor force,helping to partly relieve the shortage contradiction of the labor in agric-production.The research should be tightly fixed attention on the characteristics of current production,be based on the principle of small investment,low cost,simple to apply and having obvious effect and combining the experience with the scientific and technological achievement.The application should adopt all kinds of means and approaches at the principle of self-mind, independence and making people center.And send back the problems and good advise. Getting positive interaction among researchers,transmitters,and users.4.The innovative point of the research4.1 Combined the agriculture productive cooperation with the agriculture labor transfer issue. Settle down the agriculture production and development issues which brought by the agriculture labor transfer though the agriculture productive cooperation.Up to now,most researches on this issue came from the point of labor transfer nearby,enhance the labor back,etc.,almost none involved in the productive cooperation.4.2 We put the productive cooperation under the labor transfer situation,provide some theory advice on how to conduct productive cooperation during labor transfer circumstance.4.3 We illustrated the large household pattern of agricultural operation in details,and analyzed the importance of this pattern to agricultural operation from different aspects.The large household pattern is an efficient co-operation model. |
