| At present,the development of the economy allover the world shows more and more regional characteristics,and industrial agglomeration has become the determining factor to obtain a regional competitive advantage.In Michael·Porter's opinion,industrial agglomeration in space can generate a wide-ranging and positive impact to the competitive advantage of industry,that is,it can increase productivity,specify in the direction and improve the speed of innovation,and can trigger the birth of new enterprises,thus can expand and strengthen the cluster itself,which will help enhance the competitive advantage and promote regional economic development.Agglomeration has been a basic space structure of modern industrial economic activity,which not only exists in many traditional industries,so is the high-tech industries which is the key industries to the economic competitiveness.Many world famous high-tech parks,such as the Silicon Valley,Boston 128 Road,Cambridge high-tech park of United Kingdom and Bangalore high-tech park of India,are all the rusults of industrial clustering theories to use in practice.In these areas,not only there is a high degree of specialization within the high-tech industry,but also there are cooperation,learning and exchang of knowledge,technology and information between enterprises in the region,which bring the continuously increase of production efficiency,thus led to their improvement of regional innovation capability and the acquisetion competitive advantage,which make them become the most influential region to the world economy and the focus of world.Chongqing has been given a glorious and arduous task that to build the important growth pole of the west china,the economic center of Yangtze River region's upper reaches,and the municipalities co-ordinating the development of urban and rural.Thus, how to give the rein to its advantages in the increasingly fierce competition,enhance the comprehensive strength and competitive advantage is deed an urgent and important proposition for Chongqing,on the basis of a series of development bottleneck brought about by its special city situation that the large cities,large rural areas and large reservoir areas are co-exist in Chongqing.So it is no doubt the inevitable choice to develop high-tech park,realize the agglomeration of high-tech industries,and form cluster advantages,if Chongqing want to foster competitive superior industries.At present,the capability of technology and R&D in Chongqing is relatively strong,and high-tech parks show a good development momentum that the related elements and leading industries has achieved concentration and industry cluster effect begins to show. Generally speaking,however,Chongqing' high-tech park is only a form of the enterprise "accumulation" stage formed by large number of enterprises in different sectors coming together.Compared with the successful High-tech Park of internation and eastern China,the gathering ability of Chongqing high-tech park has a big gap and is strongly vulnerable,which leds to the advantage of high-tech industries clustering is not obvious and it is difficult to give play to a strong driving effect on local economy given by the development of high-tech industries.On the besis of reviewing related theory of industrial agglomeration and defining related concepts of high-tech,the paper inquired into the influencing factor of high-tech industrial agglomeration using the combination method of the normative and empirical analysis,in accordance with the actual development situation of high-tech industries of Chongqing Municipality,so as to provide theoretical support and responding ideas for building high-tech park in Chongqing,realizing high-tech industrial agglomeration, giving play to a clustering advantages,and promoting regional economic development in Chongqing.The main content of this paper is divided into seven chapters:ChapterⅠis introducton,including the background for the topics,the purpose,meaning,ideas and possible innovation.ChapterⅡis theoretical basis of high-tech industrial agglomeration. This section in the first define the meaning of related concepts of the research objet, then review some famous theory of industrial agglomeration,including the externality theory,industrial location theory,growth pole theory,the new competitive advantage theory,and so on,in order to provide a theoretical basis for analysing the influencing factor of high-tech industrial agglomeration.ChapterⅢintroduces the situation of high-tech industries in Chongqing.This section provides the basic development situation and the status of high-tech industry in Chongqing,and the problems in agglomeration,as well as analysis the development situation of high-tech industrial support system in Chongqing,aimed at providing reality basis for the empirical analysis and countermeasure analysis later.ChapterⅣanalyse the influencing factors of high-tech industrial agglomeration and build its empirical model.This section first analysis the unique characteristics of high-tech industries from the traditional industries'. In the framework of its unique characteristics,this part then inquires into the changing factors which inpact the industrial agglomeration in the area of high-tech industry,as well as the the constituent elements of high-tech industries accumulations and its functions.Finally,this section sum up the influencing factor of high-tech industrial agglomeration,and build a model of agglomeration factors of high-tech industry by drawing on the experience of knowledge production function.ChapterⅤis empirical analysis part.On the basis of the empirical models depending on the knowledge production function and relevant data of high-tech industries in Chongqing,This section use of the regression analysis for empirical analysis.And empirical results shows that the influencing factor of high-tech industrial aggregation in Chongqing are,sorted according to their importance,the environment of knowledge spillovers,R&D capital stock,and intelligence resources gathering,government support and participation, infrastructure,business environment.ChapterⅥis the response to promote high-tech industrial agglomeration in Chongqing,which include four major aspects:fostering knowledge spillovers environment,increase high-tech R&D capital input,promoting intellectual resources to aggregate,and enhance the role of government in support. ChapterⅦis the concluding remarks.In this part,the basic conclusions of this paper and needs further study are given.The possible innovation of this paper is:(1) thinking the high-tech industrial agglomeration as a innovation system,and geting the different influencing factors of high-tech industrial agglomeration from traditional industries through exploring its support system as well as the characteristics of high-tech industry itself;(2)bringing some institutional and non-institutional factors which are non-factor inputs of the system into the knowledge production function,and having established the influencing factor model of high-tech industrial agglomeration. |
