Scientific Research On The Analysis Of The Development Of Jiangsu's Economic Based On Input-output Table

As a leading industry of the national economy,the scientific research industry is also a key industry in the updating progress of "Jiangsu process" through "Jiangsu produce" to "Jiangsu create".Therefore,discussing the law of the industry development from the angle of input-output,is helpful in promulgating the industrial characteristic of scientific research industry,promulgating the industry's position in the national economy,and it provides the policy-making basis for scientific research industry development.The discussion has important meaning to the development of the scientific research industry.Currently,most of the input-output analysis articles to analyze the scientific study are on the input-output efficiency.There is few research which uses input-output analysis to analyze the whole scientific study,especially through comparative analysis.This selected topic precisely begins from this angle,uses the industrial economics theory and input-output method,sets up the scientific research industry input-output table,analyzes it from the macro angle,analyzes the position and influence,and at last,we develop a number of policy recommendations to promote the scientific study.The first chapter of this article is part of the introduction.It briefly introduces the background and the value of the selected topic,the development of the scientific research industry at home and abroad,and the research content.The second chapter focuses on scientific research and economy development.The third chapter introduces the input-output theory in detail,and adjusts Jiangsu input-output table to establish the Jiangsu scientific research industry input-output table.It sets up the foundation for the follow-up analysis.Chapter 4 is the input-output analysis of scientific research industry.At first,we analyze some indexes,such as direct and complete consuming coefficient,the rate of inter-demand and rate of inter-input,the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient.Through the scientific research in Jiangsu input-output table in 1997 and 2002,we comparatively analyze the relation between Jiangsu scientific research industry and other national economy industry.At the same time,we comparatively analyze the scientific development of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in 2002.Next,we use correlation analysis and factor analysis to analyze the status and influence of Jiangsu scientific research in the national economy in all sectors.Based on the analysis of the front chapters,the last chapter brings up the relevant policy recommendations.From some areas such as establishing a good atmosphere,paying more attention to basic scientific research,setting up rational scientific and technological innovation policies,achieving diversification of investment in science and technology,enhancing the development of qualified personnel,promoting technology start-ups,we put forward some policy recommendations.At last,we conclude with the major achievements,some further study and the lack of direction.
