Research On Petroleum EPC Corporation Informationization Based-on Enterprise Strategy

Due to the special nature of the oil engineering project,the efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange and communication is an important factor in the implementation of the project.Traditional people-centered information communication is less efficient and error- inevitable,it is difficult to adapt to the current international market competition.So how to implement informationanization effectively to support the company's overall strategy and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises continuously becomes the focus of research and practice of construction Informatization.This article takes the China petroleum engineering company as a case.First of all, through advanced theory and methods of the construction information technology field, it analyze the company's corporate strategy based on SWOT analysis.Then formed a object model,a programming model,the implementation framework and information systems integration model.Provided some references for the IT practice in the construction field.
