Study On The Strategy Of Management Informatization Construction In Large Civil Engineering Construction Enterprise

For civil engineering construction enterprises, management informationization means a complicated systematic engineering concerning on the strategical survival and continous developement. Based on the socialist market economy mode with chinese characteristics and the management status of domestic construction enterprises, in order to construct and implement a mature MIS(management information system) for the enterprise, and merge with newly rising BIM(building information modeling) technology, the first important task of the system is local adaptability and situation adaptability. For enterprise, the key to transform from traditional management mode to informationized one should be successfully making a systematic strategy decision, which adapts to its management characteristics, fits its operation status, suits domestic information technology developement, and will promote the management revolution process. Throughout the process, the enterprise must maintain dominance and autonomous decision,the basic rule of the system establishing strategy must meet the demands of core managers and keep in line with developments.Based on particular enterprise’s management reform experiences, the author summed up success experieces, drawed lessons, synthesized all periodical literature in hand to discove the academic strategy patterns, review on possible resolution measures and proposals for enterprises to take during implementing management informationizational revolution and establishing MIS.There are mainly four parts of this article. First of all, the author laid out related basic theories about business management and MIS establishing of the enterprise under the present market and the management situation. Focusing system、efficiency and chinese-style management theories, working with systematic characters of MIS and technical characters of BIM, the author tried to lay a solid foundation for strategy projecting. Secondly, the author analized and discussed the MIS application status at domestic construction enterprises, proposed a series of solution schemes, detailed about ideas, programmes, plans and routes for MIS development startegy. The author also discussed and analized the key-point, the most important steps and the most valuable substances during the process of system applying. Then the article detailed the strategies which typical enterprise take during applying informationization revolution, listed its succeess and also its failure on MIS establishing and system performing process, by taking maturational theories into enterprise management practice and getting relativly conclusion, the author demostrated that firstly chose varuable system strategies before designing and establishing a complete system was and would be continuously proper and suitable. At the same time, the article exposed some deficiencies and insuficiencies of the typical enterprise’s MIS system, brought out many thoughts and chances for coming researchers to go far.
