Design For The Performance Management System Of HePing Power Supply Company

Along with the development of power system revolution,power enterprises are making innovations in both management conceptions and methods,providing reasonable and efficient management support by realizing stratagem goals.As an important part of the method for human resource task,as well as a major developing tool,performance management has already been an important way for enterprises to make the best use of resource,explore potential,strengthen all-around development,build kernel competition capacity,and achieve competition advantage.Based on the summarization of the development of foreign performance management theory,we analyze the current performance management state within He Ping Power Supply Company in this thesis. From the aspects of "checking criterion design" and "checking method selection",we make the system design for the performance management system,building institutions and checking implementation in order to prove staffs' satisfaction and promote the efficiency of staffs as well as enterprise.
