Power price is the key factor of restricting wind power development.In order to encourage the development of wind power,to guarantee the reasonable profit of wind power project,the method to set up wind power price model is mainly by calculating IRR.On the basis of analyzing the mathematic model,we study all kinds of factors influencing the power price,and to study it by cases to set up index system on calculating and evaluating wind power price on the grid.We combine study with the real condition of the wind power enterprise to solve wind power price calculation.Wind turbines equipment should be made domestically,to reduce equipment price and after sale service;to reduce operating cost,to do the work well in earlier stage;to know the wind resource.The above -said factors is the reliable basis to calculate the correct power price.We suggest to made power price as the conditional fixed power price on the grid,and ensure the policy integrity and continuously.
