| At present,the economic development of China’s 31 provinces and cities is not balanced.There are big differences in geographical environment and resource endowment between regions,and residents’ consumption capacity and habits are also different.But China is now in the international comparison project(ICP)is the basic measure of the national average price based on regional average or original price data aggregation for the simple weighted average,the basic algorithm obviously ignored China’s regional differences,unable to accurately reflect the actual price level in China,not guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of purchasing power parity(PPP),leading to the China international comparison results skewed.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the measurement method of national average price on the basis of considering the spatial correlation between regions.Based on the purpose of this study,this article covers eight class prices in the ICP data,first using spatial statistical method,choose the right weight,check the eight class part of the product specifications of the spatial correlation and spatial aggregation distribution pattern,secondly,based on economic weight matrix,using spatial doberman model analysis the influence factors of regional average price,the significance level of test model variables,and then according to grey correlation analysis method analysis of the main factors influencing the price of space size and sorting of correlation between average price and goods,and according to the size correlation degree of 31 provinces are divided into three areas.Finally,the OECD spatial adjustment factor method based on the EKS method was introduced to adjust the average price of eight categories of commodities in three regions,and the annual average price of eight categories of commodities in the country was calculated based on regional rights,so as to improve the basic algorithm of national average price.Through the above research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Each basic classification has different degrees of spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration distribution.In the global spatial correlation test,Moran index I is positive for most commodity prices.The average price of ICP commodities has a significant spatial agglomeration effect in different regions.The average price of goods has a strong spatial correlation,while the average price of services has a weak spatial correlation.(2)There is spillover effect between the average price of commodities in different regions and the influencing factors.According to the test results of the spatial durbin model,there is spillover effect between the average price of goods in different regions,and the main influencing factors of the average price difference between regions include the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents,the consumption level of urban residents,the disposable income of urban residents and other economic indicators.The average price of commodities in a region is not only directly affected by the factors such as the per capita consumption expenditure of residents in the region,but also indirectly affected by the factors affecting neighboring regions,and the spillover effect is significant.(3)Three regions are divided according to the correlation degree of various commodity price influencing factors.Grey correlation degree is calculated the results show that the average price in the basic regional classification of goods have three influence factors of high correlation degree,namely,urban per capita consumption expenditure,consumption level,the disposable income of urban residents,according to the correlation degree of size and sorting,will China 31 administrative area is divided into three regions,the price differences between various regions,spatial agglomeration effect is remarkable.Therefore,the average price of commodities in the three regions can be calculated separately to eliminate the influence of spatial characteristics and economic factors on the calculation of the national price level to some extent.(4)After the adjustment of space factor,the national annual average price of all kinds of commodities is deviated.By EKS space adjusting factor method of China’s three largest regional average eight goods price adjustment,among them,the adjusted food,smoke wine,health care,the national average price of a commodity,the phenomenon of the overvalued,and after adjusting for space factor,residence,family equipment products,transportation and communication,cultural entertainment education service class and dress the national average price of a commodity,the phenomenon of the undervalued.Therefore,relevant departments and researchers should pay attention to regional price differences and constantly improve the measurement method of national average price. |
