Virtual Enterprise is a new form of business organization,and is the main mode of enterprise's operation and competition in 21 century.It is enterprise union based on market opportunity.Whether virtual enterprise can collect customer information extensively and quickly mine knowledge behind it,make benefited decision and realize co-operation,produce products customer satisfied is fundamental to organization's survival.Supported by data warehouse,OLAP and data mining,BI helps Virtual enterprise to complete transformation from customer information to decision-making knowledge and make decision effectively,and improve the overall competitive edge of organization through co-operation.On the basis of analyzing content,features and importance of virtual enterprise customer relationship management,this paper expound basic knowledge of business intelligence, investigated its usage in customer relationship management of virtual enterprise,and designed the system architecture of virtual enterprise customer relationship management based on business intelligence, proved the practical value of business intelligence in virtual enterprise customer relationship management through evaluating customer value of S company.
