Client Relationship Management (CRM) is the new management idea which is adapt to the modern times corporation's operation mode which changed from orient-to production to orient-to client. CRM's target is to make client satisfaction and faithfulness. First, this article analyses three reasons of the arisen of the CRM, namely requirement, technology and the updating of management idea. Then putting forward the ultimate target of CRM is to maximize the value of the client resource.In chapter two, the paper analyses the theory of the Client Intelligence, bringing forward the theory that Client Intelligence is the symbol of the corporation capability. The essence of Client Intelligence is to innovate and use client knowledge for creating client value. Consequently making the corporation acquire competition advantage.The third chapter used client theory to research Client Intelligence innovatly. The client theory mainly contains the management idea of client life cycle and the management mode of client lifetime value.Based on the client theory, then the forth chapter pointed that the flow of Client Intelligence is to create, dispense and use the client knowledge. Designing the system frame and logic structure of the Client Relationship Management System which is based on Client Intelligence.In the fifth chapter, the paper put forward the detail design and the realization method of application flat of data mining from administrative levels structure, system structure and software structure.The paper pointed out that the main problems of the research of Client Relationship Management, including the privacy problem of the customer and business process rebuilding.
