Research On Evaluation And Choose Of Cooperation Models Of Enterprise's Scientific And Technical Projects

With China's accession to the WTO and the development of knowledge-based economy, as well as the integration of the world economy, enterprises are facing internal and external environment that is full of great uncertainty, at the same time, because of the acceleration of technological change and product life cycle continues to shorten, which makes our country's Most enterprises very difficult to improve R & D capability through imitation innovation only. Since imitation innovation is not conducive to improve innovation capability and arises from intellectual property disputes, but also allow enterprises into the cycle of " introduction - lag -introduction again- further lag ". Thus, more and more enterprises is seeking cooperation with external organizations, particularly the cooperation based on science and technology project. Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance research on the cooperation of science and technology projects on China's enterprises.First of all, this paper expounds the theoretical basis for co-operation of Enterprise's S&T projects, based on analysis, Cooperation of Enterprise's Scientific and Technical Projects can be realized through Study-Research-Production, technology outsourcing and virtual R&D, etc, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various. models and the appropriate applied conditions, which provide the basis for co-operation of Enterprise's S&T projects. Among them, the Study-Research-Production model includes the Government, the Government directive, technology transfer , Build an entity together and so on. At the same time, based on the analysis on Current situations of at home and abroad research of cooperation models of S&T projects , generalizing cooperation models of S&T projects by use of economics, business management disciplines, and through use of study methods that consist of comparison, analysis, induction and combination of theoretical research and practical application and guided by knowledge-league, the transaction cost theory, coordination theory. Based on the basis above, this article pointed out that (1)the enterprises should select one or more ways as the main mode of project development, according to different characteristics and different stages(basic research, applied research, research and development, test, manufacture and commercialization of such works) of S&T projects;(2)the enterprises should choose co-operation mode of Enterprise's S&T projects according to the scale of the enterprise. And analyzing the questions that exist in co-operation of Enterprise's S&T projects, putting forward some proposals of improving science and technology cooperation from the enterprise itself and the external environment, and then providing a useful reference for co-operation of Enterprise's S&T projects .The main jobs and innovation of this paper:â‘ Based on previous studies, the paper has expounded the connotation of enterprise S&T project cooperation further, and deepened the nature of enterprise S&T project cooperation through research, which lays a solid foundation for study of S&T project cooperation and selection.â‘¡The paper has carried out classification and sorting for our country's mode of enterprise S&T project cooperation on the basis of related study, and puts forward some suggestions for improving our country's mode of enterprise S&T project cooperation.â‘¢The paper has studied selection criteria of S&T project cooperation mode with enterprises as the main subject, Its theoretical and practical significance lies in providing the reference criterion or the frame of reference, that is to say, it offer one macroscopic standard for the selection of cooperation mode.
