Study On The Modes And Measures Of International Science & Technology Cooperation

As the science and technology revolution develops vigorously,especially with the advent of economic globalization,cooperation and competition among countries have become fiercer than ever before.There is a constant increasing tendency in different forms' international scientific and technological cooperation.Science and technology cooperation is closely bound up with scientific and technological innovations and economic development,and it has turned into the driving force of the economy.The effects are strengthened by studying on the modes of science and technology cooperation.Because different modes evolve variant effectiveness,we have to choose them carefully if we want to keep everything running smoothly and obtain the desired effect.In content,this paper firstly reviews relevant research related to science and technology cooperation,both at home and abroad from science and technology cooperation modes,and puts forward the connotation of science and technology cooperation.Then this paper makes a summary on the cooperation selection's basic principles.Secondly,on the base of analyzing the science and technology cooperation's modes in detail and researching deeply the international cooperation of technology models,this paper establishes science and technology cooperation's modes evaluation model in the light of realities in China.Later,the paper analyses the operative means of the city of Zhenjiang with real cases by entropy method,principal component analysis,and the model is verified to be rational,reliability,scientific and practical by the conclusion.Finally,the paper brings forward the golden rule burring the course of science and technology importing,such as combining importing with exploitation,integrating means with content and enterprises as the major linking up the state's macroeconomic control.At the end,the paper also puts forward some strategies on science and technology cooperation.
