Crisis Information Analysis Oriented Crisis Decision-making

With social progress and economic development, our country has entered a crisis-prone period of social transformation. During the treatment of various natural disasters and social crises, people have awared of the importance of crisis decision-making and crisis information analysis that played an important supporting role. At the present, however, the crisis decision-making still more relies on experience and some simple statistical information. The information dimension in the public crisis management is obviously inadequate. In this specific situation, the research of information analysis in the crisis decision-making progress emerged.From the perspective of supporting crisis decision-making, this paper focuses on the problem of public crisis information analysis. Firstly, it described the research background and significance, reviewed the research at home and abroad and designed the thinking methods of study. Then, it studied the fundamental problems, that is, the connotations and the features of public crisis information, the basic theory of crisis decision-making and the relationship between them. By constructing methed system of public crisis information analysis, this paper cleared the various methods used in the analysis of crisis information and introduced them; meanwhile, it introduced kinds of technology that support the information analysis system(GIS,DW,DM, etc.). After that, the paper selected the mentioned methods (Fuzzy Overall Evaluation & SNA) and technique (DW) and used them in the solution of practical problems. Finally, it pointed out the lakes of the paper and put forword the research directions in the future.
