Research On The Status, Characteristic And Strategy Of Non-governmental Finance In Northeast China

Quality of a country's economic development is closely related to the level of financial development. Whether it is in developed countries, or in developing countries or in transitional countries, financial innovation or financial restraint will be inhibited development of the non-government finance. In a certain sense, the non-government finance is a product of financial restraint. Meanwhile, it is a worldwide phenomenon. The non-government finance is a hot topic in financial deepening and financial development theory and policy practice for developing countries in the past two decades. In China, people become to realize its importance in the reform of finance system. Since the policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China has been implementing, the country gives northeast China bigger support in the respect of finance credit and capital market development and so on .At the same time, in northeast China, especially in the rural area, the non-government finance is gradually active, and is playing more and more important effect on the rapidly development of northeast China.
